  31.         I'm working on a project for the Penn State Blue Band which entails
  32. cutting a lot of practice and game footage and LW animation to music (pretty
  33. much a music video for the Band).  I plan on doing it with the PVR but I'm
  34. not sure about Premiere or Speed Razor.  I can get Premiere for about $200
  35. through the school, but I keep on hearing about how Premiere doubles frames
  36. and it doesn't sync the audio well.  Also I'm not sure if it has any scrub
  37. audio.
  38.         I hear Speed Razor is really fast but the thought of sinking $1500
  39. really makes me nervous.  Could you comment on its ability to keep the audio
  40. in sync with the editied video as well as its previews and scrub audio.

  44. What audio card are you using with the PVR?  I'm looking at the Monterrey
  45. from Turtle beach and D+ form Digital audio labs.
